What to expect;

• Allow 1 hour for the appointment
• Treatment in comfortable and private studio room at Welham TA11 7AJ
• Full History taken and discussion of problems and goals of treatment
• Thorough physical assessment, discussion of findings and treatment plan
• Manual and hands on treatment as appropriate
• Taping. hiring of machine/equipment as necessary
• Rehabilitation exercises including clinical pilates and advice
• Fees as of January 2025; 1 hour £60, 45 minutes £55

Please wear comfortable clothing eg vest top and shorts
