“Anna has been my physio for many years, treating both my dog, Dilly, and horse, Pia. She has been out to Pia for routine treatments but most recently has supported her through rehabilitation post interspinous ligament desmotomy surgery, producing a tailored plan specifically for Pia. I am delighted that Pia is back in full work and is doing very well thanks to Anna’s expertise.
Anna had been treating Dilly for a while for suspected elbow problems when Dilly started showing neurological symptoms. Anna was very supportive and empathetic through a tough diagnosis of a brain tumour. We have been working together since to give Dilly palliative care through physiotherapy and have made small adjustments at home to make her as comfortable as possible and have a good quality of life.
Anna has been very gentle and understanding of both my animals from the start, as both are timid characters, I found this very reassuring. I found she has a holistic but realistic approach to treatment and considers my limitations to make the plan achievable. I’m very grateful to have found Anna and I would recommend her to anyone.”

“Anna was recommended to us by our Vet back in 2018 after our dog Buster had sustained an injury doing agility. I must admit that I was a little sceptical at first, but when Anna came to do an initial assessment it quickly became apparent that she had a much deeper understanding of the problem. We agreed on a treatment programme and Buster was soon enjoying his agility classes once again.
Given his age (9 at the time) we decided to carry on with regular ‘maintenance’ sessions. Buster loved them and would usually fall asleep during his treatment.
Anna’s professional qualifications speak for themselves, but what stood out for us was the way she went over and above, often contacting us in between appointments to ask after Buster. When Buster was 11 he developed laryngeal paralysis, a condition which impairs the breathing. We had decided against surgery as our Vet had given us the impression that the operation was not particularly successful in dogs and that the recovery was arduous. It was very distressing and we thought we would have to have him put to sleep. Of her own volition Anna contacted colleagues to discuss Buster’s condition, all of whom were positive about surgery. She contacted our Vet and told them she would be recommending we ask for a referral. This was on a Thursday. Friday we had a phone call from the Veterinary hospital. We took Buster in the following Tuesday and he was admitted as an emergency.
Buster is now 13 and a half and still enjoying life. If Anna hadn’t gone over and above he would not be with us today. We can’t recommend Anna highly enough.”
